Starter NPKS + Trace elements

The efficacy and economy of applied fertilisers are improved markedly by combining starter N P K S fertilisers with trace elements. Early application of starter fertilisers containing trace elements improves crop establishment and root growth leading to higher yields.

The synergistic interactions of nutrients are highly complex, and there is evidence that balanced multi-elements work in harmony, leading to higher yields than single-element applications. Through enhanced photosynthesis and improved water and CO2 use, trace elements, assisted by NPKS starters, helps plants to produce complex root exudates, enhancing rapid uptake of soil-applied nutrients. Interception of nutrients by roots is increased, by banding soluble starter fertilisers and trace elements together in the root zone.

Balanced nutrients applied directly to leaves of trees and crops (foliar) are seen to increase the size of leaf area for improved photosynthesis, together with improved health and vitality which resists disease organisms. Chelation enables smaller amounts of trace elements to be used compared to sulphates, resulting in considerable savings.

Description: N-P-K balanced, high analysis, soluble starter fertilisers plus chelated trace element crystalline products formulated for active uptake by plants. Application is through the highly efficient foliar route or through dripper irrigation. Fully soluble and stable quality ingredients are used in manufacture. Can be safely stored for several years before use.

Application: Foliar and Soil: 5 to 8 kilograms per hectare with 1000 litres water. Less water can be used for broad-acre applications. For foliar applications, add some detergent to assist spreading. Compatible with most pesticides. Check with jar test before use.

CROPS: Suitable for most horticultural and broad-acre crops where quality and high yields are important considerations.
