A fertile soil is able to provide all the major and trace element
nutrients to the plant in a balanced, sustainable way to achieve maximum
growth and productivity. In the same way, Western Fertiliser Technology
products are formulated to be ideally balanced and to be productive.
There are soils however, that are severely deficient in some nutrients
due to soil type; and in high pH, gravel, or saline soils, trace
elements uptake could be a problem. Such soils often need special
products formulated to boost the deficient trace elements and increase
productivity.
In dealing with problem broad-acre soils, where cereals, canola and
lupin crops are grown, Western Fertiliser Technology’s strategy is to
analyse the harvested grain to reveal its nutrient status. Once
identified, the deficient trace element or elements are corrected with
our liquid SOIL & FOLIAR FERTILISER products. The multi-element liquid
products, eg. SUPER ENERGY, SUPER LIQUID NPK etc. ensure balance, whilst
the SOIL & FOLIAR products ensure sufficiency.
